We will be open to the public with a 2 customer limit.
During our limited reopening, we will have the following measures in place to ensure the health and safety of our staff and the community.
Maximum 2 shoppers will be allowed in the store. Exceptions will be made for customers with appointments. Allowance will be made for service appointment customers to drop off their device in a non-contact manner.
Our associates are performing regular cleaning and sanitization of the store, with careful attention being paid to high-contact areas and frequently touched surfaces.
Devices brought in for service are being sanitized at intake and prior to pick up. We are ensuring contact between devices is minimized.
Customers are asked to not touch or handle merchandise. Our associates will be happy to help, and are available to answer any questions you may have about our products.
Service & Support will be available by appointment only. Please book an appointment if you have service needs.
We are offering No-Charge Pick Up and Delivery for Service & Support for those who prefer to not visit us in store. We partner with local couriers to offer free shipping for service options on most repairs. Request Courier Service.
All customers requesting service for their Apple products must complete a Pre-screening worksheet to minimize check-in time. Customers will be sent this worksheet via email. If required, a representative from the store will attempt to contact you for clarification
Orders for products can be made via our online store. We continue to encourage customers to shop online whenever possible.
Due to limited staffing, our telephone systems will be voicemail only for now. Customers are encouraged to leave a voicemail, or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, or send us a text to 905-849-0737. Staff will be monitoring voicemail, email, and texts and will make every effort to get back to you as soon as possible.
Please Note: Due to our short staffing situation, and due to policy of extremely limited customer interaction, we are unable to provide our usual At-the-counter Technical Support. Customers are encouraged to call Apple Technical Support 1-800-263-3394. Core 1 also offers a remote service using TeamViewer on a charge per incident basis.
